Peel and pit avocados
Melt dark chocolate, if used in a microwave
In a blender, add all ingredients except aquafaba and blend until smooth.
Adjust sweetness to your taste with liquid sweetener
Whip aquafaba with a hand-mixer or whisk until you reach a topped peak (about 4-5 mins as it takes longer than egg white)
Fold this vegan whipped cream into the mousse until everything is incorporated
Divide into 3-4 small jars and keep refrigerated
Only add in the topping when serving
