A rich coffee drink for chocolate lovers

Ingredients
  • 100 ml milk of choice. I love soya milk they give the thickest foam out of all non-dairy sorts
  • 1 tbsp / 15ml semi-fat or full-fat coconut milk. If not available use 1 tbsp coconut drink + ½ tsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or melted semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1-2 coffee shots
  • Toppings: cacao nibs OR grated chocolate coconut flakes, cacao powder
Instructions
  1. In a sauce pan, mix all ingredients except coffee
  2. Bring to a light simmer
  3. Whisk in a frother or with a mixer until foamy
  4. Serve on hot coffee
