ml
milk of choice. I love soya milk
they give the thickest foam out of all non-dairy sorts

tbsp
/ 15ml semi-fat or full-fat coconut milk. If not available
use 1 tbsp coconut drink + ½ tsp melted coconut oil

tbsp
raw cocoa powder
1-2
tsp
maple syrup or melted semi-sweet chocolate
1-2
coffee shots
Toppings: cacao nibs OR grated chocolate
coconut flakes, cacao powder
Instructions
In a sauce pan, mix all ingredients except coffee
Bring to a light simmer
Whisk in a frother or with a mixer until foamy
Serve on hot coffee
