Holiday brunch with Cheesilicious Baked Camembert

Raise your hands if your stomach rumbles at the sound and image of rich melting cheese oozing out from the rind of a Camembert block?
Camembert is native to Normandy region in France. It is a soft and moist type of cheese that has a rather mild yet deep & earthy flavour. It contains between 22-24g of total fat in each 100gr (of which about , 14-17g is saturated fat) and around 20g of protein. Compared to other types of semi-soft or hard cheese from brie, cheddar, Swiss, to Parmesan, these lie in the lower range and thus I find them the perfect balance for a special treat.

Eating healthy is all about keeping foods in balance, in variety and moderation. Every real food has goodness in them at the right amount, the right time, and attitude. So don’t trip yourself of guilt if you’ve been craving for such cheesy goodness. We know it won’t be on your daily menu ?
