Super-luscious Veganuary Chocolate Avocado Mousse (Vegan, Dairy-free, Sugar-free)

A 5-minute chocolate mousse recipe that will satisfy any sweet-toothies, chocolate-lovers, health-nuts, fit-fanatics as well as your beloved kids. Using avocado and (optional) whipped aquafaba, your mousse will be super smooth, light and literally melt in your mouth.

HAPPY THURSDAY!!!

This week, we’re in for a treat – a super delicious chocolate mousse that is made easier, healthier, and 100% Veganuary-proof.

There’s pure cocoa powder that’s rich in anti-oxidants that help reduce inflammation, improve blood health, brain function, and cholesterol. There’re pure dark chocolate bits to activate those happy hormones (serotonin and dopamine) to give you a guilt-less satisfaction with each bite. There’s banana for natural sweetness, texture and vitamins. And instead of the heavy cream usually called for in a standard recipe, we will be using 2 chubby avocados to create the creaminess while topping up our tubs with a good dose of healthy fats, potassium, vitamin K, antioxidants, skin-, vision-, and digestion-aiding vitamins & minerals.

Let’s not drool ourselves any further and get on right to it ?
