In the spirit of holiday, which is just another sheer 10 days away, I think we all deserve a cheesy treat this weekend! I’m sharing a super simple way to turn a block of camembert into a beautiful mouth-watering weekend brunch board. Simple, cheap and versatile, one’s gotta love!
Preheat the oven to 180C
Slash across the surface of the cheese block to create diamond-shaped cracks
Snug garlic, thyme and rosemary into these cracks
Put Camembert block on a baking tray and onto one of the lower racks
Bake for 20-25 minutes until you see the cheese starts oozing out from the cracked rinds
Arrange the cheese board and serve IMMEDIATELY
