This is a whipped coffee drink originated from Korea that has been taking the Internet by storm. We will give it a healthy twist by substituting sugar for maple syrup and using hot soya milk instead of water.

milk of choice. I like using almond milk here for its nuttiness and thin texture

Optional Grass jelly OR boba pearl

Mix coffee, syrup and hot milk until everything is dissolved

Whip for 3-7 minutes, depending on equipment used, until reaching a soft and smooth peak.

It should be stiff enough to hold shape

Froth 240ml milk until foamy

Divide into 2 glasses and add the whipped coffee mixture on top
