Greek Yogurt Parfait with Apricot and Blueberries

Greek yogurt is produced by straining regular yogurt of excess water, liquid whey, lactose, and sugar, giving it a thicker and creamier texture and a tangier taste. It is lower in calories while richer in probiotics, calcium, and protein, thus, a perfect staple in the fridge for most of us.
Apricots and blueberries are now in season. Why not turn it into a parfait bowl with these beautiful and delicious fruits? For breakfast or post-workout snack, I like to add 1-2 tbsp of mixed berry granola to jack up the healthy caloric contents.
Per portion: 175gr Greek Yogurt + 50gr apricot + 50gr blueberries + 2tbsp granola of choice
